Save Indonesian Children

PLEASE DON'T LET THIS HAPPENS TWICE!

Chairman of the National Commission for Child Protection Seto Mulyadi concerned with the video on Youtube that contains small children smoking and talking obscene. SW, the kid who was not yet 4 years old, had suffered three violent all at once. "It is psychologically taught something that is not suitable age, he also taught something that endangers their health is smoking," said the man who is familiarly called Kak Seto while talking to AFP, Wednesday (31/3/2010). What's worse, the SW also experienced violence called the exploitation of children. The peoples want to see SW's unusual behavior. "Then there was exploitation. This is deplorable," said Kak Seto.
So who is wrong? Kak Seto plead not want to blame parents completely. According to him, the condition of the environment in which to live is also very influential. "Blaming the parents can not completely sure. We must see whether the environment is also allowed or not," said Kak Seto. Video showing the SW was smoking and talking dirty appeared on Youtube with the title 'Anak Kecil Berbicara Kotor Dan Merokok! Dari Surabaya!' (This video has been removed due to terms of use violation). In the video 3:29 seconds duration, SW seems to answer some adults question by who recorded it. SW looked very fluent smoking. The proof, that SW can get the smoke ring-like shape. SW is also very straightforward call genitals of women and men. While some adults around him laugh.
Kak Seto: "We will coordinate so that they deal with this problem immediately," SW should be examined both psychological and physical. SW should be handled by a child psychologist to improve his behavior. "In addition, should also be taken to the doctor to check his health. He also had to undergo some therapy". Kak Seto also hope, SW can quickly recover and become children of appropriate age. "We hope this can be overcome soon. Please help all parties," he said.
For me, it's really NOT funny just to watch a toddler doing that!!! It's so pathetic. I wonder where's the parents and how the environment near him would be? How can they laughing at this? Why don't they try to STOP??? And how many other toddler who do this? Is he the only one? Please parents and peoples, LET'S BUILD A GOOD ENVIRONMENT FOR OUR CHILDREN! SAVE THE FUTURE!!! DON'T LET THIS HAPPENS AGAIN!!!

Prenatal Yoga

DID YOU KNOW?

Yoga is all about finding peace of mind and being one with the universe. Due to its life enriching qualities yoga is very popular amongst pregnant women. Yoga is a blessing for avoiding complications during pregnancy. Yoga during pregnancy acts as a shield for coping with pregnancy successfully.  Practicing yoga during pregnancy needs expert's guidance. Yoga prepares you physically as well as mentally for giving birth. Practicing yoga before and throughout pregnancy can ease the process of giving birth. It also helps cope with post pregnancy issues. Read on and know more about the benefits of yoga during pregnancy.

Yoga can help women get through their pregnancy with minimal discomfort. It also helps the birth and post-delivery stages. Independent midwife Manijeh Nedas says: 'In my experience, I believe that yoga plays a very important role in pregnancy. Generally, pregnant mums who do yoga exercises appear healthier, both in mind and body. Their bodies are more flexible, which enables them to adapt to various positions when in labour and the ligaments are more elastic, which in turn can help to reduce labour pain.' Andrea Fox, an antenatal yoga teacher in Sommerset, says that yoga classes help to boost circulation and also help with fluid retention. The stretching exercises relieve aches and pains. Posture is also improved by yoga and this can help ease back problems, which are common in pregnant women. She adds: 'Yoga helps to prepare for the birth - it encourages breath and body awareness, reduces worry and teaches women to adapt to new situations.' And yoga continues to have benefits after pregnancy, too. Postnatal yoga, which can be started about six weeks after the birth, strengthens abdominal muscles and your pelvic floor. It also helps you to get back to your pre-pregnancy shape faster.

You can try at home:
Prenatal yoga pose: standing/sitting side stretch posespread leg forward fold, cat pose, child pose, warrior 1, warrior 2, star and moon pose, prayers squat, hug-a-tree pose, chest extend, shoulders-up and corpse pose
